Having already cut her teeth in the industry working with the likes of Chip, Paigey Cakey, Mali Music and more, London singer Lola Godheld has gained loads of support with her song ‘Crazy Black Woman’. Now back with a new single entitled ‘Words’, produced by Sampl, the track tackles the on-going battle of love and miscommunication amidst crafty arrangements filled with lush strings and epic synths.

In regards to the single Godheld stated:

“The record is about words and how powerful they are, especially when it’s words from someone that matters. When used negatively, it can really break someone but when used positively it can give life. We should be careful of what we say because once words leave our mouths, we aren’t aware of how far they can travel.”
