Hailing from South London, HUSSY is the music moniker of Sophie Nicole Ellison who, whilst relatively new to our ears, has had a couple tracks out in the world over the past couple months. Her new single ‘HUSSY’ is definitely a stand-out cut that jumps between dark pop and lashing indie, with splashes of hard rock guitars that create a fiery edge. Ellison delivers a grungy / ghostly vocal performance that is at times eerie and raw but no less exciting. She is absolutely an artist who should be on your radar. Have a listen.
