Courtney Barnett has unveiled a new cover version of Chasity Belt’s track ‘Different Now’, which was originally featured on CB’s 2017 LP I Used to Spend So Much Time Alone. Courtney Barnett’s rendition is taken from a split 7″ with Kurt Vile who covers Chasity Belt’s song ‘This Time of Night’.

For her version, Courtney Barnett keeps the integrity the original in tact with the instrumentation still pretty much in line yet brightened up a bit. Of course she adds her special charm to the cut which like normal, adds a lifting warmth.
