Making their debut back in 2019 with the single ‘We’ve Discontinued’, Brighton band China Bamboo make their return with a sparkling, new cut entitled ‘Ambivalence (For You)’. Drawing influence from 80s pop, the content of the single, whilst on the surface could be interpreted as a wooing love track, was actually spawned from the the darker times of singer Ruby Waltham’s teenage years. Musically the tune is stacked with lush keys, glistening guitar riffs and up-bopping bass line.
