Last month Larkin Poe unveiled an acoustic rendition of their song ‘Bad Spell’. Now the siblings have released their new EP An Acoustic Companion, a 4-track collection of fans’ top songs but reworked in the stripped back way.

An Acoustic Companion features the cuts ‘Bad Spell’, ‘Strike Gold’, ‘Southern Comfort’, and ‘Stubborn Love’, all performed with vocals and guitars, allowing for the tunes to fly with new life.

The EP is available on all digital platforms, as well as limited edition 7″ vinyl which is can be ordered via Larkin Poe’s online shop.

Touching on the EP Larkin Poe mentioned:

“In our world, almost all of our songs start out ‘acoustic’ with quiet beginnings at the kitchen table on an acoustic guitar. In recording ‘An Acoustic Companion’ we really enjoyed stripping a handful of our songs back down to their roots and we hope folks will enjoy getting an earful of these songs as they originally came into being.”
