Remember those late night naughty hotline commercials that used to come on TV around 1am when you were a kid – the ones where you were almost tempted to call but knew that you would get the beating of a lifetime from your parents when they saw the number on their phone bill? Elly Jackson aka La Roux revisits those cheesy 80s bits with her video “Kiss And Not Tell”. Directed by Alexander Brown, Elly smiles seductively and dances around as a telephone number flashes on the screen. There are also people in the video getting hot and heated on the phone, while a blonde girl kisses the television displaying the commercial.
