Los Angeles trio L.A. Witch will release their new album Play With Fire on August 21st via the Suicide Squeeze label. The record follows their 2018 EP Octubre, as well as their 2017 self-titled debut album.

L.A. Witch have also unveiled their new single ‘I Wanna Lose’. A brilliant handing of rock & roll alchemy, the tune bridges punk, grunge, psychedelic and elements of garage in one sitting. With the content touching on the low points of life that only enables a person to rise to the occasion, ‘I Wanna Lose’ is raw and in your face in all the best ways possible.

Touching on the song, Sade Sanchez mentioned:

“‘I Wanna Lose’ is about feeling free and feeling stronger because you’ve lost everything and now you’ve got everything to win. It’s about being a punching bag in a martyr-like way, and losing a fight to move on.”
