K.Flay Goes Back to the 90s with ‘Nothing Can Kill Us’

K.Flay has unleashed her new single entitled ‘Nothing Can Kill Us’. Produced by Jason Suwito, the tune is an ode to 90s alternative with upbeat breakbeat style drums laying underneath springing guitar lines and a slick bass line. K.Flay sprinkles spiky pop punk vocals across the instrumentation fostering something truly delightful. ‘Nothing Can Kill Us’ follows her Inside Voices released back in June of this year.

Touching on the single, K.Flay said:

“Nothing Can Kill Us’ is about losing someone. It’s about reflecting back on a relationship and the feeling of invincibility you have while you’re in it — this will last forever!!!,” said K.Flay about the track’s inspiration. “But also embracing the immortality of your memories, and of someone’s impact on you. A relationship might end or change, and it might hurt a lot, but nothing can destroy what it meant. Nothing can ever kill that.”
