Chastity Belt singer Julia Shapiro will release her debut solo album Perfect Version on June 14th via the Hardly Art imprint. Recorded during a rough patch of her life, the Seattle-based artist played every instrument on the LP with the exception of trumpet and violin, which are played by guest musicians Darren Hanlon and Annie Truscott.

Shapiro has also shared the video to her latest single ‘Natural’. Directed by Matthew James-Wilson, stop-motion effects are used throughout the vid as the playful visuals feature cute stuff animals roaming about. Check it out.
