Jay Electronica has been described as nomadic more often than not. Although Hip-Hop fans have been waiting for a number of years for the New Orleans-born, Brooklyn-based emcee to drop his album, what we are treated to is a trailer of the film “Into the Light”, directed by Jason Goldwatch. The movie documents Jay Electronica’s travels throughout various countries, exposing himself to the practices and way of life of multiple cultures. Whether this is the sign that an album is indeed coming, is yet to be determined. What we do know is that the film is forthcoming in 2015 on Mass Appeal. Check it out.
