Irish singer Hillary Woods is set to release her debut LP Colt on June 8th via the Sacred Bones imprint. One of the songs featured on the upcoming LP is this moody and emotive piece ‘Black Rainbow’. A ghostly slice of minimalism, Woods artistically paintst he picture of a failed relationship, as the production floats with melancholy.

Regarding the song, Hillary Woods said:

“‘Black Rainbow’ was so named because I loved that image, the idea that when that’s all one can see overhead / when a relationship is dying between two people that once loved each other very much – there is no choice but to believe that there is something better for you at the end of it all.”
