Manchester band Girl Friend have gone through a few transformations but the consistency of their glam pop sound has remained steadfast. Three EPs deep, the group continue to prove that they have more than enough petrol in the tank to lead to a full length release. Their latest single ‘Nocturnal’, produced by Joe Cross, incorporates a heavy electro element, still painted with Girl Friend’s steamy pop vocal signatures. ‘Nocturnal’ is set to land April 8th on Tri-Tone Records.
