Los Angeles punk band Frankie and the Witch Fingers have shared a new video dubbed ‘Futurephobic’. The song is taken from their upcoming LP Data Doom, which will drop September 1st on The Reverberation Appreciation Society / Greenway Records.
The visuals for ‘Futurephobic’ is like taking a ride down the rabbit hole of a never ending drug trip meets horror show. You can expect an evil Ronald McDonald character, burger eating, and just all out over the top imagery. In some regard, there are elements of no wave and cinema of transgression style film making with as well as takes from the Berlin underground theatre movement. None the less, couple the vid with Frankie and the Witch Fingers rapid punk sonics and you have something wild as ever.
