Norwegian artist Faroa has stepped forth with her new single Waiting For You’. The track is released via marvaða and Western Vinyl.

Creating a perfect marriage of nu-jazz, 90s r&b, and even a taste of disco, ‘Waiting For You’ is a marvellous feel-good cut that is silky smooth, all the while making you want to still get up a shake a leg. While the content of the tune may revolve around losing someone, this is a great summertime cut that lifts you up.

Touching on the single, Faroa mentioned:

“I wrote ‘Waiting for You’ to dance with the shadow of someone I lost. The kick is my pacemaker, the synths are tears of joy in waveform, and a funky disco bass just makes life worth living.”
