London trio Dream Wife make their return with a word of caution for dating. They’re quite bluntly titled new single ‘Hot (Don’t Date A Musician)’ seems pretty self evident. The song is taken from Dream Wife’s forthcoming album Social Lubrication, out May 13th.

Dream Wife have also shared an accompanying video to the track. Directed by Bethany Fitter, the visuals feature the band performing the track whilst certain lyrics flash on the screen with instructions such as “date a plumber” or “or even a magician”. Clearly the girls feel that dating anyone who makes music is bad news. The question is, does that also apply for Dream Wife themselves? Who knows? Nonetheless, the song is really good and you can watch the video down below.
