Turkey-raised, London-based journalist and producer Siné Buyuka aka Villette samples a piece of the Interpol track “Untitled”, to create a dark and haunting, yet extremely atmospheric house cut. Also calling the song “Untitled”, Villette is giving the song away as a free download. The original version is featured on Interpol’s 2002 LP Turn on the Bright Lights, released via Matador. In a statement regarding the tune, she wrote:

“This is a tribute to my favourite band Interpol, sampling the iconic guitar riffs from the original Untitled that opens one of the greatest albums of all time, ‘Turn On The Bright Lights’. Having supported Paul Banks with my previous act and having interviewed the band twice, I decided to showcase my appreciation of their signature dark tunes with this free download. Hope you enjoy it.”
