German vocalist Dillon stepped into the psyche of many a few years back with songs such as “Thirteen Thirtyfive” and “Tip Tapping”. Her debut album “This Silence Kills”, released in 2011 on BPitch Control, showcased her wide range of musicality, placing her out of the genre of electronica, and more into the “where do I place her” category similar to artists like Bjork.
As Dillion prepares for her forthcoming album “The Unknown”, she has given us a taste of one of the tracks taken from the new LP titled “You Cover Me”. Minimal and haunting, the song is actually available as a free download. “The Unknown” lands in stores and digitally March 31st on BPitch Control, and distributed via Rough Trade/Fine Tunes.
