Brighton band Kudu Blue have unveiled their latest single titled ‘Mountain Song’, taken from their upcoming EP Auras, scheduled to land May 24th. Delving into a deep and spacey club meets trip-hop sound, the tune hits with a driving broken-beat sliding into 4×4 drums, ethereal synth lines and a rumbling bass line. Quite nocturnal, this is a lush and atmospheric etching from the promising outfit.

Touching on the single, Kudu Blue mentioned:

“The title of the song came about in rehearsals. When we were playing it, it was dynamic and full of energy,” she says. “We were all so exhilarated we felt like we’d taken a hike to the top of Ben Nevis. The song itself felt like a mountain, so we called it ‘Mountain Song’.”
