London punk band Big Joanie have shared a new cover version of the Solange track ‘Cranes In The Sky’, which is taken from a 7″ release featuring the song ‘It’s You’, out August 14, 2020 on Third Man Records. Completely giving the original version into a soul meets punk makeover, a husky guitar riff, funky bass line and tender drums are the meat and potatoes of the production, effectively laying as a firm bed to the complimenting vocals of Stephanie Phillips.
