Bernache is the solo project of singer Emmanuelle Proulx from the Canadian band Men I Trust. Taking up the task of not only laying down vocals but also producing the music, her debut single ‘Your Name’ blends the sound of lo-fi Hip-Hop with electronica and indie, topped off with breezing vocals.

Bernache has also shared the video for ‘Your Name’, which features the Quebec artist busting a number of dance moves in slow motion whilst on the Saint Lawrence river ferry, clear into the night. With the song itself dealing with a relationship that is creating a smothering space, the single is currently out now.
