Over at ColoRising we are huge supporters of Manchester’s Antony Szmierek. The poet, emcee, producer, and author has dropped thought-provoking, as well as heartfelt music over the past few years that has been nothing short of incredible. Today Szmierek has announced the release of his forthcoming album Service Station At The End Of The Universe. Out February 26th, 2024 on Mushroom Music/Virgin Music Group, Antony Szmierek has also unveiled his latest single ‘The Great Pyramid Of Stockport’.

An upbeat disco house cut, Antony Szmierek bring forths a dose of inspiration and motivation via his signature spoken word delivery. With lines like “you get one life, live it, in the valley of the kings’, the tune provides that burst of hope whilst commanding you to shake a leg on the dance floor.

Along with the single, Szmierek has also shared an accompanying video which literally features him in Egypt amongst the great pyramids. The visuals are shot and directed by Zak Watson. Check it out.
