One of the more edgier menswear shows this season came from fashion house Alexander McQueen, whose goth inspired collection featured an array of jumpers with geometric patterns, sleek 3/4 coats, as well golden symmetrical lined blazers. Added pleated kilts probably took some of the outfits a little too over the top, however, one of the highlights of the show were the printed shirts with John Deakin’s photographs of painter Lucian Freud and poet Oliver Bernard. Alexander McQueen’s autumn/winter 2014 collection definitely earns high ranks for this season.
