The 7th annual Afro-Punk Festival will take place on August 27th and 28th at Commodore Barry Park in Brooklyn, NY. After a massive festival last year featuring the likes of artists such as Mos Def, Bad Brains, Kid Cudi and more, this year’s line up will feature acts such as Janelle Monae, Cee-Lo, Santigold, Jay Electronica, Fishbone, Joi, Reggie Watts and loads more. The event is also free! This is sure to be one of the summer highlights on NYC. Be sure to support the Afropunk movement!
