Cambridgeshire band Diamond Country Dance Club released their debut single ‘Didn’t tell Jonny’ back in January of this year. They followed up the song with the punk-driven cut ‘Pretty Drunk’, which landed two months later. Diamond Country Dance Club now return with their third offering brilliantly titled ‘I Wanna Work in a Supermarket’.

With highly cheeky lyrical content touching on someone who is desperate to find a since of fulfilment by, well, wanting to work numerous jobs. Backed by gritty, raw instrumentation, there is a sense of clever punk classicism throughout the single making it quite the delight. You can stream the tune down below.
