It’s been four years since the last M.I.A. album ‘Aim’. Now the artist and activist hits us with a new song entitled ‘CTRL’. Returning to what may be considered as her core sound, the experimental electronica meets bounce cut tackles issues such as freedom of speech, racism and more. Whilst we’re unsure if this is the sign of a new album or not, ‘CTRL’ is definitely timely and well appreciated. Check it out.
