Brighton singer Luvia steps up with the visual treatment for her song ‘Hunted’. Directed by Evan Galeano, Luvia walks among a mountainous landscape with other clips of the singer performing the song whilst movie projections reflect off of her body, representing a form of isolation. With the song itself haunting dark pop piece, the track is currently out now on bndr Music.
Touching on the video, director Evan Galeano said:
“I wanted to explore the themes of isolation present in the lyrics. We juxtapose Luvia’s traversal through a barren, almost alien desert with projector images that flicker in and out in a confined space. Luvia’s isolation is a form of growth, a decision to forge her own path. At the end of her journey, she climbs atop a mountain and rediscovers civilization on her own.”
