On March 29th, UNKLE will release their new album The Road: Part II / Lost Highway, the follow-up to their 2017 LP The Road: Part 1. One of the songs featured on the upcoming work is this ethereal song ‘The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face’ featuring Keaton Henson. Originally written by Ewan MacColl, with Roberta Flack later recording the track, making it a hit, this moody UNKLE version is minimal and delicate.

UNKLE have also unveiled the video for the ‘The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face’. Directed by Warren Du Preez and Nick Thornton Jones, this is a stunning piece featuring American model Maggie Maurer, who is beautifully lit with green and yellow gels, whilst slowly moving with an aquatic-like flow.
