Scandinavia has traditionally had a long history of pop music sprawling from the various countries in the region, so it should really be no surprise that the wave of nu disco and pop acts that have turned the market on its head in the past couple of years have been from Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Copenhagen’s Jonas Jarlkov, Benjamin Dante and Mads Froberg Copenhagen aka Audio District are next in line to add on to the Nordic takeover with their debut single “Reach For The Sky”, out Oct. 27th on Computer Science. Covering all grounds with upbeat disco, house and funk, Audio District have also covered the remix territory be enlisting heavyweight producer Lifelike, as well as collaborative duo Douze and Daytona to all contribute versions.
