It’s hard to believe that 15 years have gone by since the launching of the Brighton-based independent record label Tru Thoughts. Over that time span, the company has released cutting edge records by artists such as Bonobo, Quantic and Alice Russell, Omar, Zed Bias, Hidden Orchestra, Rodney P, and the list continues. In celebration of their 15 year anniversary, the label is currently giving away a compilation album to coincide with their upcoming birthday show on Feb. 22nd at Koko in London.
