When Rachel K Collier dropped her 'Words You Never Heard' EP back in 2015, it was evident that she had something special. Consistent from start to finish, the Welsh artist makes her return with a new song titled 'Paper Tiger'. The high spirited club cut is another smasher for the raves with Collier on the production as well displaying her ability as an overall powerhouse artist.
