FELIN ‘Heroes & Villains’ Video

Stockholm based FELIN has shared an impressive video for her latest single 'Heroes & Villains'. Directed by Giannina Panfichi, the vid looks like a proper film with singer Elin Blom dancing on stage in front of an older gentleman. She also shaves her head, giving herself a sexy, new buzz cut before transforming into an all-out heroine. Always conectrating on taking her sound and visuals to higher levels, FELIN's latest offering is surely no exception.

Spunsugar Unveil Their Blazing Track ‘Run’

Swedish trio Spunsugar have shared their new single 'Run', a fiery post-punk meets alternative handing laced with a dash of shoegaze. With the song instantly launching into powering guitar riffs with a rumbling bass line and hard-hitting drumming shortly following, the lyrics address running away from what is perceived is fearful things, whether situational or taught.

The Magnettes ‘American’ Video

Swedish duo The Magnettes unveil the video for their current single 'American'. Directed by Martin Åhlin along with The Magnettes themselves, the stylishly dressed ladies are filmed in a motel room in some clips whilst driving a pickup truck in others, which seems to reflect a particular representation of Americana. With the song being another mountainous pop cut, it wouldn't be farfetched to see the single get placement for films or adverts.

Stream the Lennixx Track ‘Empty Room’

Stockholm duo Lennixx, comprised of Hanna Larsson and Andrea Kallström, follow-up their previous track 'Bold Me' with a new single titled 'Empty Room'. A tender R&B ballad, the song mainly consists of acoustic guitar play and light keys. There are no drums in the song, leaving the production open and spacious with the main emphasis placed on the gorgeous vocals.

Like mountainous records of the 80s, the track is mountainous in sound, with the song stacked with grand production including strings, thundering drums, sly guitar lines and infectious, catchy melodies. Releasing their single pack 'Tranås/Stenslanda' a few months back, Swedish duo Kite have made their return with a new song titled 'Bliss'. Teaming-up with Blanck Mass for the production, the track has a juxtaposition of dark, grinding synth bass tones and more ethereal layers, whilst thundering drums add a racing energy. The tune is a collage of synthpop, new wave, industrial and 90s dance that all act with a cohesiveness.
