Having recorded under the alias of Van der Funk, Brighton DJ and producer Andrew Whitwell jumps back on the scene with his new imprint Mode7 Records, as well as an upcoming EP titled 'Station'. Already known for meshing analog and digital, his latest work treads the waters of classic Chicago acid, cosmic jazz and deep house. Nothing short of forward-thinking, the four track release grabs elements of the past whilst pushing electronic music clearly into depths of the future.
