Punk will never die...the authentic punk that is, especially when bands like London's Dream Nails exist. The group's music is like an awakening alarm of urgency speaking out against the ills of society with a sonic rage as the palette. Appropriately titling their debut EP 'DIY', that spirit runs deep in the four members as they even released a zine to coincide with the record. Their sound is loud, fast and hits with a punch like an uppercut to the face. Singing messages of empowerment, the self-proclaimed 'feminist punk witches from hell' are as core as they come, raw and uncut, and you can best believe they are utterly proud of it.

The John Strong-directed offering is cleanly shot with the girls performing the track song in a studio whilst all wearing runny eyeliner. The track is taken from Hinds' album 'Leave Me Alone' which was released earlier this year via Mom + Pop. Have a look.
Athletics have never looked so fun, that is until Dream Wife shared their new video for the track 'Kids'. Directed by Aidan Zamiri, the London trio basically have a good time amidst a set decorated with various sporting pieces including dumbbells, tennis rackets and more. Filmed at Central Saint Martins, the outfits were actually designed by students at the school. 'Kids' is taken from Dream Wife's 'EP01', out now on Cannibal Hymns.
St. Tropez may not be the first destination one would think of in terms of places a punk band would want to relocate to, however, Amsterdam outfit band boasting the same name, clearly have found inspiration in the French city. Their latest song 'I Wanna Live In St. Tropez' follows their previously shared track 'Order'. Triggered by rapid-fire guitar riffs and hammering drums, if the warm environment of St. Tropez is as lively as this track, then count us in.
