London band Ulrika Spacek are gearing up for the release of their new album 'Modern English Decoration', landing June 2nd on Tough Love Records. Having previously shared the first single 'Mimi Pretend', which is also taken from the upcoming LP, the band have now brought forth their second tune 'Full of Men'. With raw-sparking punk guitar riffs leading to build-ups throughout the song, a sense of urgency in the track is undeniable with the cut being another reeling piece for the collective.

If there is one group here to shake things up in music it's London's Girls In Synthesis. With a sound raging with punk fury, the group released their double A-side record 'The Mound/Disappear' in early March of this year. The band's energy hit like the impact of a bullet train at full speed with much of it properly translated at their live shows. After all, it isn't uncommon to see some of the members jumping into the crowd whilst playing. With the current political climate of the world seeming to spiral into a frenzy, the sound of Girls In Synthesis couldn't be needed more to cut through the current fluff floating about.

With a punk/garage boldness coupled with the up-bounce rock steady guitar riffs, London band The Vex have managed to capture a distinct period of 80s culture blending with their new track 'Living In The'. Whilst their 2016 EP 'Heavy Rocksteady' was heavily steeped in Jamaican reggae textures, 'Living In The' adds a funk swing to the production, peppering their already gumbo mixture of goodness with even more spice. The song is taken from The Vex's self-titled EP, forthcoming on the 21st of April via Lost In The Manner.

Signed to Gary Powell's 25 Hour Convenience Store label, the trio have released their new 'Gutter Press' EP. Consisting of five songs in total, False Heads find interesting wiggle room between classic punk and gritty indie. Energetic and bold, the EP is a sharp stabbing cut of rock and roll at its most potent.

Swedish band INVSN are set to release their new album 'The Beautiful Stories' on June 9th via Dine Alone Records. If you bought a copy of their 2013 self-titled debut LP, then you're highly familiar with the band's premium style of post-punk, new wave and heavy alternative rolled up in one grandioso sound. One of the songs taken from the upcoming album is the heavy, power driver 'Immer Zu'.
