Black Moth Super Rainbow Unveil Their Cut ‘Mr No One’

It's been a six year span since Black Moth Super Rainbow dropped their LP 'Cobra Juicy' back in October of 2012. However, the group now make their return with a new album titled 'Panic Blooms', out May 4th on Rad Cult. The group have also shared their single 'Mr No One'. What the band describes as 'liquid goth', is a tender synth led experimental concoction of dreamy minimalism, swirling with synth-wave undertones. The song makes you want to lose yourself in its ease. Check it out.

Dumb Lovers Release Their Flawless Debut EP ‘For Love or Money’

Bournemouth band Dumb Lovers are without a doubt one of our top choice pop bands by far. With past songs like 'Oscar' and 'Jessie' quickly commanding attention with their sleek synth-pop and new wave sexiness, the trio consisting of Meg Rees, Robin Clark and James Gordelier, have released their debut EP 'For Love or Money'. Comprised of three tracks, the record finds the outfit beefing up their sound, adding finer layers of musical sophistication that rings with a majestic swing of giants like Siouxsie and the Banshees, as well as Cocteau Twins whilst clearly branding their own imprint. Blending dashes of post-punk into the mix, their chic musical backdrop is the perfect palette for Rees' seductive and ear-grabbing vocals. Indeed the EP is an addictive treat and like a potent drug, 'For Love or Money' simply has us craving more from Dumb Lovers.

Sextile Unveil Their Politically Powered Single ‘Current Affair’

Los Angeles band Sextile have shared their new single 'Current Affair', which features actress Sienna Scarritt. Politically driven, the track deals with the modern state of America as racing post-punk production fuels a sense of dire urgency to step up and make a change. Challenging the role of media in the process, this is the sound of protest in its most potent form. 'Current Affair' is taken from Sextile's latest LP 'Albeit Living', which is out now via Felte.

EMA Shares Her Tune ‘Dark Shadows’

We have been a supporter of EMA for a little while now. With her new EP 'Outtakes From Exile' out February 2nd via City Slang, she has shared the second single from the upcoming release. 'Dark Shadows' is a bold taste of post-punk with EMA presenting a smokey delivery as the haunting instrumentation creates a sense of urgency.

Running 10 years strong in the music business, NYC rockers The Men are celebrating with the release of their new album 'Drift', landing March 2nd on Sacred Bones. The new work follows their 2016 LP 'Devil Music'. Working with Travis Harrison of Guided by Voices, 'Drift' is an expansion of sound, initiated by the previous album with The Men giving the tracks more of an open space without sacrificing musicality.

Vulgarians Announce ‘The Beautiful South’ Tour

Hull band Vulgarians will hit the road soon with 'The Beautiful South' tour. Beginning January 25th at The Sebright Arms in London, the group will play dates in Brighton, Bristol and Southampton. Teaming up with MJ of Hookworms and releasing their EP 'Almost-Instinct, Almost True' back in 2017, Vulgarians have been in the studio working on their debut LP. With their previous record stacked with grooving and heavy post-punk gems, we're assuming that the band will deliver another heavy-hitting performance.
