The Noise Figures are among that list, bringing some of the heaviest dose of psych and fuzz rock around. Having released their self-titled debut LP back in 2013, followed by their 2015 album 'Aphelion'. The pair consisting of George Nikas and Stamos Bamparis make their return with their third offering 'Telepath'. Holding back no punches, the ten song conceptual album touching of the idea of spirituality is packed with fire streaking garage rock, noise, alternative and stealth post-punk. Beyond energetic, the polished and beefy production is accompanied with lush melodies that add a a perfect balance to the hard-hitting rhythms.
Wolf Alice have delivered the visual treatment to their single 'Sadboy', taken from their latest album 'Visions Of A Life'. The video portrays singer Ellie Rowsell as someone who clearly has an alcohol problem. Taking a drink before she leaves to go to a party with the rest of the band, she finds herself drunk to the point of entering another world which is dark and separated from the rest of her friends. The video is shot in a Super 8mm style giving it a retro look. Check it out.

North Sea Navigator has continued to walk in that tradition releasing cutting edge music with Timothy X Atack for Sleepdogs. Esther Joy had a busy 2017 touring with Charli XCX's band. The London-based artist now returns with a new track titled 'Day 1 (Silipur Leaves Home)'. Taken from her upcoming EP 'The Acid Caves', the cut is a roller coaster ride of bass-twisting electronica combined with a digital punk whipping that completely punches you in the face with force. Sofia Härdig is one of Sweden's musical weapons, having blasted off with fiery rock & roll and post-punk like a general on the front line.
