CLANN Shares His Brilliant Track ‘Closer’

An overall renaissance man creating art with music, film and multimedia, Sebastian McKinnon aka CLANN, is set to release his new album 'Seelie' on December 1st vaia House Of Youth Records. Working with vocalist Charlotte Oleena and violinist Chloe Picard, the first single taken from the LP is the ethereal single 'Closer'. Cinematic with hauntingly eerily tones, the song falls perfectly in line with McKinnon's KIN Fables-produced work of breath-taking films and scores.

Benjamin Clementine ‘Jupiter’ Video

London artisan Benjamin Clementine explores the American south west in his video 'Jupiter'. Directed by Lola Schnabel and shot in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Clementine dances among the lush, mountainous landscape whilst swinging an American flag. He also does things like visit a fair, all the while flamboyantly dressed and delving into the idea of Americana. The song is taken from his critically-praised second LP 'I Tell A Fly'. Have a look.

Leo Abrahams is the musician’s musician. The guitarist, pianist, producer, arranger and composer has not only worked with some of top tier acts in the music business, but has released cutting edge solo albums that are more like sonic paintings, creative and vivid. Having played piano and guitar from the time of a youth, Abrahams was a member of various bands as a teenager, later attending London’s Royal Academy of Music. Initially concentrating on a career as a classical composer, he was presented with an opportunity to play with Imogen Heap, and from there it was off to the races.

LeVant is the musical project of Bucharest-based producer, composer, sound-designer and scholar George D. Stanciulescu. A musical alchemist, Stanciulescu's work defines the very meaning of foward-thinking, having built a body of music that emits sounds of post-classical, downtempo, jazz, pop, experimental electronica and even post-punk. Having released his debut album Beyond the Masque of Eden in 2011, as well as the Knock, Knock, Ginger LP in 2014, Stanciulescu's music has been featured in various theatre performances and films. With contributions from various artists such as Cristina Padurariu, Mihnea Vilceanu, Anca Belciu of Dutevino and more, LeVant's overall sound can be described as sheer artistry.

Over the past couple of years Bucharest, Romania has been a hotbed of cutting edge electronic acts. Temple Invisible are a part of the new wave of maverick artists who are blurring the lines of genre, mixing a stew of musical influences to create a particular sound of dark electronica. Consisting of Irina Bucescu, Costas Ivanov and Daniel Olteanu, their track "Disappearance" was an introduction of the trio to the world with the song hauntingly springing elements of trip-hop, industrial and goth. Their recently unveiled tracks "Collide" and "Sudden Acts" incorporated post-punk, as well as synth-wave, adding guitars amidst the dreamy vocals of Irina Bucescu to spawn a nocturnal, yet sensual feel.
