It's always like receiving a Christmas present when London outfit NIMMO release new music. Dropping their single 'When I'm With You' back in March of this year, the band have made their return with a new song titled 'Looking For Love', a collaboration cut with producer/DJ Satellite.
NIMMO are unsung heroes, true purveyors of independence and freedom. Having signed a deal with Sony back in 2015, then stepping away from the empire to be able to create and release their work on their own terms and accord, the group went on to drop a number of amazing releases including their 2019 debut album 'The Power'.
London band Nimmo have stepped up once again with another blazing hot track entitled 'Come Back'. A soulful club cut, at this point, it seems like Nimmo can do no wrong musically, as the single follows their previously released scorcher 'Do I Have To Learn It?'.
London band Nimmo have been one of the most consistent bands in the past few years, dropping massive track after track. Their LP 'The Power' was definitely one of the highlights of 2019. They now return in 2020 with another single and video titled 'Do I Have To Learn It?' The visuals feature Sarah Nimmo and Reva Gauntlett out in the streets of London performing the song whilst simultaneously having a good time.
London band Nimmo will finally release their debut LP 'The Power' on June 20th. For fans of the band, this album has been anticipated for a number of years now. With the date rapidly drawing closer, the group have shared the title track to the record. Slowing down the tempo compared to their previous house and club-fused cuts, 'The Power' is an ethereal handing, stacked with moody melodies and floating instrumentation. With their distinct signature imprinted on the track, this is a great lead-up to the new album.
London band Nimmo have been putting in loads of work over the past number of years. Infiltrating the music landscape with a stream of blazing club meets pop cuts, the group have unleashed their new EP titled 'Songs from the Credits'. Comprised of four songs, Nimmo have slowed down the BPM for this record concentrating more on atmospheric electronic pop bits which include the Maya Jane Coles-produced track 'Orange Skies'. We have a stream of the EP down at the bottom.
