Lewis Del Mar Play By Their Own Rules with Their Selt-Titled Debut LP

When Lewis Del Mar first dropped their track 'Loud(y)', it was evident that the New York pair had unearthed something quite special, almost deconstructing a garage rock sound into something distinctly their own. It was also no surprise that the two drew attention to radio shot callers such as Annie Mac and Huw Stephens. But like many bands who understand one particular concept...you're only as good as your last single and a great full-length is the true writing on the wall on what an act can do. But like the city that they live in, there is an "F you" attitude toward the rule books, which is actually why their self-titled LP goes far beyond the mark of exceptional-they have musically done what they've wanted to do.

Dinowalrus ‘Falling to the Periphery’ Video

Brooklyn band Dinowalrus bring forth their latest video 'Falling to the Periphery', with the track taken from their latest album 'Fairweather'. Directed by Pete Feigenbaum, the NYC pop rockers perform the track on a rooftop whilst clips are tweaked with 90s style psychedelic effects. Minimal to a degree, the visuals simply serve to place the main emphasis on the dreamy soundscape. Have a look.

Stream Computer Magic’s Dreamy Single ‘Dimensions’

Brooklyn-based producer Computer Magic makes her return with a new, dreamy synth-pop single entitled 'Dimensions'. Whilst a little less experimental than her previous work, the track is a little more accessible to the mainstream, yet no less interesting or addicting. Merging drifting vocals over hazy production, the single is taken from Computer Magic's forthcoming EP 'Obscure but Visible', which lands October 7th via Channel 9 Records. Have a listen.

Brian Cid to Release ‘Hidden’ EP

If it's one producer that you can count on for some of the finest and most sopisticated 4x4 sounds is New York producer Brian Cid. With a CV that is practically flawless, the artist has not only worked with the likes of Beyoncé, Snoop Dogg, Lady Gaga and more, he has also worked with legendary house mainstay Todd Terry. Having released material on various labels, including his own Extinct Records, Cid now returns with a monster of an EP titled 'Hidden'. Comprised of two original cuts, the title is a sleek and enchanting taste of the deeper side of house whilst 'Costa Verde' is a marriage of rumbling percussion underneath dark-tech inceptions.
