BlackFawn ‘Generations 14’ Video

Having relocated from Malta to Berlin, duo BlackFawn merge drone, goth and new wave, creating a sound that is right up our alley. A while back the pair unveiled a video for their single 'Generations 14'. Haunting like the song itself, there is a DIY spirit about the vid that features a black cat roaming about, trippy effects and a lo-fi vibe that gives it the feel underground performance art.

Paprika Kinski Set to Release ‘Kids Of Your Crime’ + Shares Vox Low Remix

Already taking the fashion world by storm with her House Of Vice company, not to mention having styled acts such as fka Twigs and Grimes, Paprika Kinski has also proven that she is a force on the musical front as well. Hitting the world with her 'Steady Lover' EP which featured the infectious tune 'Jamaica', Kinski will now release a single pack of the track 'Kids Of Your Crime' on June 3rd via Her Majestys Ship. The addicting original version which is an indie meets pop bit is accompanied with a darker, new wave-inspired rework provided by Parisian producer Vox Low. Whenever a release pops up on the Inner Ear label out of Greece, you know it's worth checking out. The latest offering comes from Gioumourtzina with their debut LP 'Blakk Metall'. Dark yet subtle, the duo twist together ropes of new wave, shoegaze, indie and haunting electronica. Bold and obscure at times, Gioumourtzina surely know how to scale back at just the right amount to keep listeners tuned in whilst taking them on a mental and twisting ride of experimentation.
