Shure Launches ‘Off The Beaten Track’ Competition

Shure have announced their new Off The Beaten Track mobile competition, inviting bands and artists from 14 countries to submit a video of an original track performed at an interesting location. Contestants will need to receive a minimum of 50 votes to reach a slot of 20 spots on the shortlist. Those who make it on the shortlist will receive a Shure MOTIV MV88 microphone. The finalist will win a trip to Los Angeles to do a recording session overseen by producer and engineer Al Schmitt.
