After blessing the world with their debut record 'Cusp' in 2014, Melbourne duo Kllo now pull inspiration from the sound of UK garage with their new song 'Bolide'. Layering ethereal synths on top of broken drum kicks, the song is like voodoo for the dancefloor. The song is taken from Kllo's upcoming LP 'Well Worn' which is out August 5th on Different Recordings UK and Ghostly International in the US. Stream 'Bolide' down at the bottom.

Melbourne band Batz are good...intensely good. With a sound that stirs together indie, surf and punk, just to name a few, they are a representation of everything that is utterly great about rock.
Consisting of Christina Aubry, Joshua Aubry, Dali Platt, Jim Stirton and Jakob Kagan, the band shared a batch of tunes throughout 2015 including the lively garage/punk cut 'Take It', 'Follow Me' and the lustrous surf rock-fused song 'Sid & Nancy'. Batz returned in 2016 with the late night rocker ‘3 AM Pony’, which can be considered the soundtrack of the dreg. Now the Melbourne indie pop group have brought forth their latest single 'Dragon'. Huskier and broader in sound, the tune should set the band off nicely in 2016 as it is, in our opinion, their most accessible and intriguingly infectious track yet. You can listen to 'Dragon' at the bottom.

Melbourne band Husky are masters of mood, using a gentle warmth of folk and alternative to form what could be called sonic art at its purist.
