Slum Sociable Unveil Their Latest Song ‘Life Is Free’

There have been loads of exciting bands exploding out of Melbourne for a while now. From indie to psychedelic, the city is on fire with talent bursting out the seams. One of the bands that have been delivering quality tracks, is Slum Sociable. The duo released their lush single 'Afterthought' back in 2018. They now return with their latest cut 'Life Is Free'. Vibrantly stunning with dynamic vocal performances, musically the tune is aligned with the new romantic period of the late 70s - early 80s, all the while adding a modern twist.

Back in 2017, Australian outfit jade imagine released their debut EP 'What The Fuck Was I Thinking' on Courtney Barnett's Milk! Records. A lush combo of art-pop, indie and more, the group left fans yearning for a full-length. Whilst there is still no indicator of exactly when that will happen, jade imagine have unveiled a new song and video titled 'Big Old House'. Directed by James Thomson and Jade McInally, the retro shot vid features the band randomly enjoying things like swimming and flying discs.

L.A. Mood Has Released His Second EP ‘Breakfast At Sassy’s’

L.A. Mood is not from Southern California what so ever, but this is the moniker of Melbourne musician and producer Dave Mudie, who many people may know from playing with Courtney Barnett. With that being said, Mudie has released his new EP 'Breakfast At Sassy's'. This is the follow-up to his 2017 EP 'Crushing Highs & Amazing Lows'. Comprised of five songs in total, this is a wonderland of garage rock, indie, blues rock and pop.
