Curses & Local Suicide Release Their Collaborative EP ‘Tusk Wax 28’

Berlin by-way-of NYC producer and musician Curses has teamed up with duo Local Suicide to release new collaborative EP for the UK-based Tusk Wax imprint. Simply dubbing it 'Tusk Wax 28', the 4-track record finds the artists doing what they do best, which is pump out dark and husky disco, hedi EBM, acid and synth wave, all spawned with a post punk sensibility. A complete soundtrack to late hour clubbing in Berlin, the EP follows Tusk Wax's 'Tusk Wax 27', all the while bringing more bite and edge. Stream a preview below.

Rodion & Local Suicide Gear Up for the Release of Their ‘Abu Dhabi / True Love Floats’ EP

Italian composer Rodion is one the kings of the nu-disco movement. Having pumped out some of the best tracks in the scene, his spacey production links sexy grooves of today with classic elements of the Italo movement. Linking up with Brax Moody and Vamparela of the Berlin-based group Local Suicide, the trio are set to release their 'Abu Dhabi / True Love Floats' EP on September 1st via My Favorite Robot Records. The pack includes a remix of 'Abu Dhabi' courtesy of Los Mekanikos, with Moscoman and Fairmont each providing their freaky dance floor version of 'True Love Floats'. Ultimately what you have here is a combination of body jacking rhythms contrasted with dark, hedonistic 4x4, all guaranteed to bring out the freaky side in all of us.
