With AFROPUNK’s September 24th date edging closer, the festival that celebrates multiculturalism and diversity announces a fresh bill of talent, with one of the most iconic performing artists of all time headlining: Grace Jones. Joining Grace are Laura Mvula, Kwabs, The Noisettes, Loyle Carner, Goldlink, Joe Kay, The Whooligan, Hannah Faith, Eden Hagos, MNEK, Lady Leshurr, Skinny Girl Diet, Jorja Smith, Big Joanie, Nova Twins, The Connectors, Mikel Ameen and more across the day.
With his anticipated LP 'Love + War' finally landing September 11th, Kwabs drops a taste of another song taken from the album. 'Layback' finds the London singer displaying his powerful vocals over mellow, soulful production with a Hip-Hop sensibility courtesy of Dave Okumu.
Disclosure are certainly not wasting time revealing another track taken from their forthcoming album 'Caracal', out September 25th. This time the duo shares a song along with visuals for the track 'Willing & Able' featuring Kwabs. Although hard to tell if this is actually an official video, what you have is a silhouette of Kwabs performing the cut. None the less, it's a great track and another win for Disclosure. Check it out.
