Producer and musician Swindle continues to elevate the game with his latest track 'BLOW YA TRUMPET', taken from his upcoming LP 'THE NEW WORLD', out October 29th. For this offering he brings in giants of the UK scene - Ghetts, Akala, Kojey Radical, and Knucks. Of course this is a straight up bar fest with Ghetts dropping lines like "who wants smoke, I'll roll it/ who wants rope, I'll hold it. Let's play hang man".
London's Kojey Radical will release his new EP 'Cashmere Tears' on September 13th. For anyone who has followed his career from the beginning until now, you can assume that there will be a high level of artistry and musicality to the project. Case in point, his official video for the single '20/20'.
One of the most creative artists out today, Kojey Radical steps up with a new single called '2020'. Demonstrating a mastery of various flows, Kojey comfortably glides over nocturnal Hip-Hop production. In the hook of the song, he takes a hindsight look at gains and losses within a short span of years. Whilst the instrumentation is already highly impressive, it goes to higher levels with the incorporation of strings toward the end. What else would you expect from Kojey Radical?
Shy FX is clearly a legend in the drum and bass scene, but for his latest track 'Bad After We', the London producer and DJ enlists Ghetts and Kojey Radical to deliver a Hip-Hop/grime banger. While the production is more of a Hip-Hop tempo, both emcees absolutely go in to the fullest with Ghetts switching between multiple flows and Kojey Radical pumping out a husky delivery with clever metaphors and punch lines, making this tune a winner across the board.
