This time teaming up with singer JYLDA, to provide paired vocals with Josh Idehen, the tune is a gorgeous blend of smokey electronica and pop dripping with nocturnal tones. The consistency of Hugh is unmatched, which is why they have been one of our fave bands for a few years now. After releasing a number of tracks over the past couple years including 'The Body' London-based singer and musician Jylda makes her return in 2019 with her latest offering titled 'Torrential River'. Shedding a spotlight on the feelings of a broken heart whilst also concentrating on the growth from it, musically the electronic pop bit is powered by skittering synths, shuffling drums and haunting layering.
Gianna Gehlhar aka Jylda is an artist who needs to be on everyone's psyche. The Berlin-based singer and producer delivered a stream of singles back in 2016, garnishing praises around Germany. Making her return, Jylda steps up with her creamy and lush new single 'The Body'. With absolutely gorgous vocals swimming around an ethereal electronic pop soundscape, there is an uncanny sophistication and grace bursting from the sound, with a sense of passion embedded in every note.
