London-based songstress Iyamah has dropped her new EP 'Truth EP 2'. Containing enough songs to technically be an album, the 10-track project acts as the continuation to her previously released 'Truth EP 1' which landed back in 2019.
Having released her 'Truth EP. 1' record back in March, London-based singer Iyamah makes her return with a track entitled 'Won't Work'. Claiming her independence and strength as a woman, the empowering song is backed with head-nodding, jazzy production which compliments Iyamah's soulful vocals.
Brighton singer Iyamah has been on the radar of the press since last year with tracks like 'Cryptic Love' and 'Silver Over Gold'. It should also be noted that she has also been championed by none other than Sir Elton John himself. Now the rising starlet unveils her debut EP 'Truth EP.1'. A lovely meshing of raw soul, Hip-Hop, nu-jazz and more, the record boasts a textured and organic sound with enough breathing room for Iyamah's incredible vocals to shine.
