With a total of eleven tracks, Lazzarini experiments with funky breaks and deep club, both prevalent in the two American cities, yet still ventures out into the territories of melodic downtempo and even Italo disco. A month ago Italian brand Valentino enlisted Vanessa Beecroft to present their latest collection at the New York Academy of Art. With the models all similarly dressed in tan trench coats, they all stand or sit in similar formation like a group of soldiers. Similarities can be drawn between this showcase and Kanye West's 'Yeezy Season' show in terms of aesthetics.
