Whilst 2020 was a bleak and impacting year for many people around the globe, especially for musicians, there were bands who continued to push forward, recording incredible songs to release to the world. London's deep tan are one of those groups whose tracks not only provide that desperately needed groove, but also cover a variety of topics touching on current sociological issues.
London duo 0171 have shared their new track 'Follow', taken from their forthcoming EP 'Change Nothing', landing August 14th. Although musically the band have pulled inspiration from the 90s era of pop music, 'Follow' is darker in tone with haunting keys and eerie guitar riffs all placed above bouncy drums. With the content revolving around finding belief in the positive even though reality is proving the complete opposite, the single is another fine example of 0171's ability to push the boundaries of pop into more experimental territory.
